Shipping policy

Pricing

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars including GST, and are subject to change without notice. The final price, with GST and shipping included, will be displayed at the checkout page before final payment transaction. Online prices and in-store prices can be different.

Shipping

We only ship within New Zealand. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 (excludes bikes and bulky items). Exchanges on orders may incur additional shipping charges. 

Rural Deliveries
Rural deliveries may take a bit longer to arrive. Bikes and bulky items can't usually be delivered to rural addresses, please contact us first.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed in 1-2 business days. Bikes usually take longer as they need to be ordered, built, tuned and checked over before being reboxed for shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Bikes

We always build and test ride new bikes before reboxing them for shipping. But, note that shipped bikes will require some experience to reassemble.

Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number when the order is fulfilled. Note that the tracking details might not immediately appear on the link, but will be updated once the courier has collected it and progress is made.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • North Island: 3-6 business days
  • South Island: 2-4 business days
  • Christchurch City: 1-2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow additional delivery times of up to five business days if your order is placed within two days of public holidays.

Damaged Items

Cycleways is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact us and we will file a claim with the courier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
