SQ Lab 610 M-D Active Touring Saddle

The 610 M-D active is optimized for trekking and touring comfort. "M-D" stands for "Maximized Dip," which maximally reduces pressure on the perineal area. This maximized dip is achieved through a stepped saddle profile, where the rear section is significantly higher than the nose of the saddle. Ideal for prostate patients or riders who find the standard Ergowave shape insufficient for relieving the perineal area.

The active system allows for natural pelvic movement even while cycling, thereby relieving the spine. The firm foam provides optimal support on long trekking tours and comfort-oriented rides.

Step 1

Place the measuring card on a smooth, firm surface. Sit upright on the card and pull yourself down with both hands as firmly as possible to create a clear imprint.

For best results, elevate your feet slightly if possible

Step 2

Mark the imprints with a pen and measure the distance from center to center between your sit bone marks. If the measurement is between two values, always round up.

Step 3

Choose your bicycle type from the table and add the corresponding value to the measured sit bone distance for the individual saddle width.
