Built Right
All bikes are first properly built by us and test ridden at our Christchurch shop before being carefully re-boxed to ship to you.

Some Assembly Required
While the main components like gears and brakes are setup and ready to go, some knowledge to reassemble will be required. Feel free to contact us to discuss options for another bike shop to reassemble it for you.

Delivery & Shipping
Bikes that are in-store now are usually boxed and dispatched in a few business days.

Bikes that are available to order are first ordered to us and can take about a week before we can box and dispatch them to you.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Rural Deliveries
Bikes can't usually be delivered to rural addresses, please contact us first.

The Reaction TM's triple-butted, hydroformed aluminium chassis encompasses all our frame-building know-how to create a bike that's fast, light and tough. The Boost thru axle, complex-profile down tube and tapered head tube combine to ensure accurate steering, even on rough trails. But we didn't forget comfort ā€“ slimmed-down seatstays will help keep you riding 'til sundown. And internal cable routing keeps mud and water out of your gear cables, so you can spend more time riding and less time wrenching.
